to keep it simple what should i do when someone doesnt keep up on there end of the bargin . sent many pms and keeps sayn he'll ship them and doesnt, been going on for about 2 1/2 weeks should i give more time or call him out . been tryn to be patient but im getting real tired of exuses . any advice

this morning my internet wasnt working. u know those long power things that u can plug like 8 things into? i turned that off, and turned it back on. sometimes that fixes the internet for me. well it didnt fix it, and now my computer is sitting in the middle of my room. im now on my sisters computer. my computer goes to a black screen asking if i want to start it in safe mode or reg mode. whatever option i choose, it always goes back to that same screen. dell is sending me 2 disks to wipe out my computer completely
