Got A Question, I Have Done The Big 3 In My 96 Silverado. I Have The Massive 3000.1 Amp (not Installed)my Question Is If Ikeep My Stock 105 Amp Alternator, Am I Better Of Running An Extra Battery(s) Or Upgrading Alt.? Thanks For Any Pointers

Btw The Big 3 Was Done With 1/0 Welding Cable. And I Do Have 1/0 Running To Extra Cab For A Second Battery, I Have A Yellow Top Waiting Just Need Some Advice

You could use the second battery - it would put a little more strain on your alternator, however.

I'd upgrade to at least a 150A alt and go from there...
