What to do?

so im deciding on two projects to do next

1.) Get these bucket seats i bought from a salvage yard reupholstered which is going to cost around 400 bucks...put the seats in(duh)....then build the enclosure...not sure on pricing...then the sub/amp

or.......

2.) Get a set of 4 new 20 inch tires and rims...fnot sure on the price...the norm for a good set of wheels and nice rims
