What to do with MDF?

From what I learned from here about deadening, it's better to have some than none. Where I work at, we have tons of MDF around, 5/8 and 1 inch. What simple things can I do with that to deadening my car just a little?

Make one heavy *** box with tons of bracing, if MDF is free use it. I have not heard of anyone deading a car with MDF unless you consider a wall deadning.
