since it on the back side i would just get a peice of wood and huge sledge..Thats what i used on mine and it worked fine.

no..As stated acouple times in the thread just hammer/sledge the dam thing in.

i used like a 3.5ft 30lbs sledge and it only look 4-5 semi-gentle swings..It was wraped in a shirt so it wouldn't scratch the surface.
