What to do about this broken bolt? Its stuck

There's rubber FFS
Take it easy, theres metal around it and i think its rusted on the inside. i cant destroy it, this was supose to work (never does) so i can go saturday for alignment (made appointment 2 weeks ago) But the new didnt come in until today, now this.

okay well ive been spraying it with WD all over, its not threaded on the inside (the part thats stuck), and i dont have a welder or i woulda tried that already. got anything else?
EDIT: And the BFH is just starting to smash the end of the bolt now, which is only going to make more problems. wtf
You sure that center part is supposed to come out?

It looks kinda similar to the ball joints that I replaced in my dad's truck. The entire thing (bolt thing, rubber grommit, and some metal around the outter edge) had to be pressed out. I think Autozone had the tool to do it.

its just a bolt that runs through the bottom of the fork. Ive had it out millions of times, i had air cylinders on this car for months, then put in coilovers, now i gotta replace the struts... so i got all new struts with new forks (bent the others because my car decided to fall off the jackstand when my buddy bumped the button for the cylinder. suspension was all unbolted, but still in the right spot. Car jumped up, kicked the stand out, fell onto the cement floor layin frame.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

Im tired as hell. bout to go ride the crotchrocket out to autozone to pick up that pitman arm puller thingy, and give it a shot.

This. Get a large nut and weld that ****er in. Before wrenching on it, let it cool completely, since welding will create heat and make it expand.
i dont have a welder. and it doesnt twist anyways so i dont see how the nut is going to help, its not threaded on the part thats on the inside (stuck), only at the one end that the fork is still on, and i have the nut i could put on that side if i gotta pull that way. Leaving now to go get tools

then I would personally put in a new assembly, but you don't have time for that.

you mean strut/spring/mount entire suspension assembly? I am.... if thats what you meant. Nothing with control arms or anything, im doing this to sell the car. 18 years old with an 05 gsxr 600, 99 avenger, and 05 cobalt LT. Something has to go....

I understand, but anything short of backing that bolt out, runs a risk of degrading the integrity of that joint. I personally wouldn't risk it. IE drilling out for tapping of larger bolt, plasma torching and replacint the rubber bushig. All these options run the risk of weakening that joint. When it comes to suspension these tricks generally aren't wirth it in the end. If you can't weld a nut on and back it out then, more pieces need replacing IMO.

Im not keeping the car, if i dont have to replace 2 controls arms im not going to do it, ive been saving my money to buy tires, new shocks/struts, and enough for alignment and inspection. i cant just blow more, i have tires and inspection for the bike aswell tomorrow. money is very limited.

That tool didnt work, it was more of a tuning for looking thing and is huge, i used it on the other side but it simply started yanking on the bushing, never gave in.im lookin at new arms on both sides now i guess. ****in balls...

well, if anyone cares i got it. took both lower conrol arms completely off the car, put the control arms sideways on a big solid anvil type deal, took BFH to it.... sledge style... that did the trick. All back together, 1:20 AM. woot
