What to do about broken VC (I think that's what is)

While I was tryin to re-wire my Diamond sub and install it back in it's enclosure, I broke off one of the four VC's (I THINK that's the term, it's one of the four places you put the speaker wire into)

I've contacted Diamond about it and have heard nothing back, is there anything I can do to fix it???

I have fixed a broken terminal like that with a couple thick rubber washers and a small bolt and nut, you just sandwhich everything together and tighten the nut, the rubber(plastic will work) washers keep things from grounding on the frame.
