If he breaks the TOS then a thread is made in the backroom to vote on. I cant just ban for no reason...

There have been threads about him before...he is still here, obvously he hasnt done anything extreme enough yet.

I still don't see anything that would warrant a PERMANENT ban. Also, there is NOT a thread in the backroom to discuss the ban... ESPECIALLY a permanent one. Something like a 30day ban I could see... but not discussing a PERMANENT ban at all??? (Unless it's like the **** spam attacks...) C'mon...

Especially... when it's not a ****/spam attack... I think it needs to be discussed with all moderators AND the Admin if a permaban is to take place.

If you guys (the mods) don't want to discuss it with us then that is your right. I do not, however, see the necessity for outright lying to us (assuming that what Noah posted is fact....if it isn't then I retract my entire post)

yep, I read the reason, and not once did it say he was warned mutiple times... so if he was, someone should have said that he was warned... and his enclosure company? he couldn't have been doing too much advertising because I didn't even know he had an enclosure company, I just thought he built bad boxes part time...
true, it might be best for me to know and understand the whole situation... or it might be best for the people who know and understand the whole situation to explain themselves... it is a public forum... going to be read by thousands... and thousands are allowed to respond.

i've personally sent lemans several warnings regarding advertising. he changes his sig for a little while, then puts it back, he knows he's doing wrong when he does it, but does it anyways
