yeah, considering i emailed them about a week ago and still haven't heard from them.

i did have teampsidave(is this the dave u guys say own re?) finnally get back to me on aim, unfortunetly, i was gone.

if they are that busy, they should have enuff $$$ to start picking up the customer response stuff faster

I work for an online shop and I've had people complain that I hang up on them when I never have. Sometimes the connection sucks and drops. I had a guy call yesterday saying I hung up on him three times and he was pissed. I just walked in the shop, and no one was even there to answer, so that wasn't possible.

Dave doesn't own RE....

He gets swamped with IM's the second he signs on...

Calling them is the best bet...

im gonna try all day tom. and if i dont get any satisfaction im buying elsewhere. she answers like its her **** home phone.....

btw im not trying to bash re in any way. i really want to get my hands on some of their drivers, thats why its so fustrating.

i get up 5am....leave for work about 6am.....get home around 7pm.....6 days a week...sooooo.....when do i call? i get 1/2 hour for lunch....

so without trying to sound sarcastic(i'm not trying to be)...when do i call? hours of operation aren't posted..

I got them on the recorder this morning when I called at 8am EST that said the hours. They are open I believe from 9am to 6pm Pacific time. I called at 9am their time and didn't get an answer till 10am.

you guys are gonna laugh your ***** off. i have been calling (702) 896 4832 instead of (702) 896 4823. and after i called it yesterday the first time and she said yes this is re so i put it on speed dial. so im the *** not re. im going with 2 15" se's and the guy on the phone was very helpful with my decision.

so its mostly my fault and partly the chick who answered and saying yes it is re.

i wasnt bashing i was just wndering if they did that sometimes or something.

i am kinda pissed that that hoe said it was re when it wasnt. but ouncesomeone called my house thinking its pizza hut and i took their order and told them it will be there in 45 mins......

yea, it was... It took me about 5 phone calls to get a hold of RE, but once i got them on the line they were polite and thorough.

You should call your lady-friend back who had the number ending in 4832 and ask her if she thinks a 12" Triple X is big enough for recreational use...
