I got nailed with a 16 penny once from a Paslode cordless gun- definitely took a step back after I stopped the bleeding and learned to use it better.
My dad heard a story where a mexican that was working construction was swinging his arms while walking with a roof nailer and he turned and somehow the nailer swung and put a roof nail into his calf.

O yeah - all kinds of stories - we have a .22 caliber paslode that shots nails into concrete. Guy got shot in the head once and died. Ive never heard of cordless though, we run at 120-140 psi, nail will go right through ur hand till it gets stuck in the bone. Some guys are badass's and pull the nail out themselves with their hammers.

It belonged to a friend... It was fired by propane.

Ha ha! I hate roofing, and I hate construction. Besides unloading little square bales, that was the suckiest job I ever had.
