What steps to take against SvtCobra

I bought a 1000/1 from svtcobra last tuesday. I overnighted the money orders and had them delivered before 10am so he could get the amp out that same day (wednesday) and i could get the amp before the weekend. He never was able to get the amp out that week and i rarely caught him online. He said he had to work and then he didn't have time and a few other things. He wrote me and said that he had mailed it this tuesday with usps. Well i never got it. He lives 4 hours away so i am considering driving to his house tommorow and seeing whats up. Shouldn't it have been here by now though?

go knock on his door. or if you have his address get his home number and start calling him... if he still doesnt answer start calling at like 11pm, 12am .... etc until the mofo calls you back....

I think if you are persistent enough you will get your money, unless he straight jerked you then the only way to get you money is by knocking on his door and breaking his jaw....
