For those of us who don't have table saws, what type of circular saw do you use when cutting your wood/making your boxes? I was using just a cheapo B&D from wally world but it never could keep a true 90 degree cut...it was always a few degrees off so i went to HD and picked up this little beauty today. Will start making another box tomorrow...can't wait!!

omg...i just started making my box and this saw is amazing. Much quieter than i thought and cuts thru MDF like butter. I even doubled up the MDF so my top and bottom piece would be exact and it took it like a freakin champ. I'll post pics later in a seperate build thread

You using a 40 tooth blade? Much better for cutting MDF, then a normal "rough cut" blade. Nice saw BTW.

I have a table saw, but will use my Craftsman 2 1/2hp circular to rough cut big sheets at times.
