What shall I do about this?

i used to move furniture and was told by a doctor, aside from improper lifting, and pre-lifting stretching, that a lack of potassium is the culprit for a lot of cramped muscles... that probably wont help you now, but when i did pull a muscle, i'd use this stuff called biofreeze... it works, burns like hell, but works...

but if that doesn't work, cut it off and eat it
