All I know:

1. Rockford fosgate.

2. 300 watts total

3. 40w x4

The kid is 16, and doesn't know how to use email properly.

So I'm sitting here guessing if this amp is worth $40.

I need a 4 channel amp for my 2-ways.

Could anyone guess the amp?

I could not register on rockford fosgate forums, or it's still awaiting a moderator or something...it was weird.

Other possibility, is someone can give me their number and I can text them the model when I to go test it/buy it tomorrow if any one would be willing to do that??

I would greatly appreciate it and would def return the favor 10 fold.

if it works and is what you need its worth the money. it might be worth considerably more depending on the amp so id buy it
I don't want to pay $40 if it's worth less, that's the only issue really.

Otherwise, it will be perfect and match my sub amp

there is not a lot of working amps you can buy for less than 40 the only way its worth less is if it looks like crap has stripped terminals and the like

Ok, I feel good about the purchase now.

As for using it, should I put an in-line fuse on the power input?

There is a 40 amp fuse on the distribution block which leads to 8awg power going about 5 feet to the center console where I will put this.

Also, it looks like it can only take 12 or 14awg for the power in put, maybe 10awg?
