The person who I have dealings with right now is not following through with his end of a deal that was made months ago.

Great products but the customer service is teh **** right now. I hope they get that aspect of it corrected.

i bought 2 re se's a few weeksago put them on at 1ohm from a sundown1200d and they filled the sealed boxwith smoke in less than 60 seconds witht he gain down more than half way . the amp got sent backfound out it blew a a mosfet and they tell me one of the subs must have ame new witha bad voice coil both are smoked now . oh yea re says no warranty done on multiple item purchases????? they said if it was one sub theywould look at it since its both they wont fix either oneand they tricked me into givingthemmy order number on my reciept so i cant send them in later that was bull shit and illnever use them again!!! re= retired early

Also, those newr model SE's have "slightly" different coils than the older ones did. They wont take quite so much abuse from what Ive personally seen.
