What ohm load

I am looking at replacing my Orion 275 SX with an Orion HCCA 275 G4. It is rated at 150x2 @2ohms. If I bridge it to my two BA 12" subs what load will it see and what kind of power will I get from the amp. I think I will get 600W to both subs and the amp will be running at 1/2 ohm, which it can handle. Thanks

My subs are 4ohm Boston Acoustic Rally's. I got 1/2 ohm going from 150x2 @2ohms to 300x1 @2ohms to... oh yeah. I get 600x1 @1ohm or bridged I would see 300 at each sub. Right?

Yeah umm...you kinda lost me there...are the subs dual or single voice coil?

If they are single voice coil, then you can wire them in parallel and connect them bridged to the amp. That will give you 300 watts for both speakers (150 each).

I dont think that amp is capable of running at 1 ohm. (if it were, wouldnt they say it in the details?)

It is a single voice coil. As for the amp it is well more capable than what the "specs' say. Many Orion amps are stable down to 1/2ohm, including this one. I ran my Orions at 1ohm for 10 years until they both blew.
