Tough work. Alot of my friends back in Oklahoma, I grew up with, are roughnecks

Yeah the work is tough but I love it. The money is awesome to. 100k a year to work 7 on and 7 off. I love working half the year even though we probably work harder in half a year than most people do all year.

do you travel? I used to work on a gas pipline inthe mountains. It was a 8 month project and alot of the guyhs that worked it came frome alabama and other states. I thought about hitting the road but there wasnt a garrenteed job schedule yet.

Little bit of everything. School almost full time(12 credits) Part-time in IT, mostly phone support but a little with networking, bartend a couple night a week, do a little bit of short haul trucking when I have time and when they need me and then co-own a small trucking company with my brother. Used to be a driver for a Packaged ice company in the summer 7 days a week but I'm done with that. That job was amazing, paid for my college and allowed to me to buy my house and start my company. Glady gave up 3 months of my year for that.
