I don't know if it's because you're all blissfully unaware of the rest of the facts or you assume everybody is a bunch of idiots. Perhaps you don't think you'll be fact checked. So what really happened is, in a bit of political theater Biden pretended like he had the power to mandate vaccines for ~80-90% of the population and mandated vaccines. The reality is litigation stopped the mandate from taking place per Biden's pretense. The courts didn't uphold his mandate for private businesses and only federal workers and healthcare workers were covered under the mandate. Furthermore, any and everybody was welcome to claim a medical or religious exemption. I know anti-vaxxers who claimed Catholic, Zen Buddist and "none of your business." There were plenty of neo-cons who jumped in with their political theater posting videos whining about losing their job, evil Dems, gov't over reach, etc.

Maybe these people who got let go or fired were too stupid to fill our a piece of paperwork. Too lazy? Perhaps they were completely unaware that a religious exemption existed because they got their "news" exclusively from right wing sources who don't really care about informing their audience, but are certainly willing to peddle a narrative.

I'm not sure what qualifies as tons in your eyes. Only 6500 cases have been filed over vaccine mandates.

Maybe idiots gave in and took the shot. I could post all the information about how they had religious exemptions, but that wouldn't matter to you because it doesn't fit the narrative. I already posted that there are only 6500 cases being litigated over this matter, but you'll continue to insist that "tons" of people were forced to take the deadly, experimental shot because that fits your narrative. I could list all the cases filed by the states and businesses against Biden's vax mandate and the outcome of said cases, but again that doesn't fit the narrative.

If "you" took the shot because you were either too stupid or too lazy to fill out a 1 page form (in many cases it was 1/2 page) then that's on "you" for being a lazy idiot. If "you" took the shot because the right put forth a narrative about how mean old Sleepy Joe was forcing "you" to take the shot, then that's on "you" for trusting biased news sources or getting your information via meme and twitter. It's crazy that all these people lost their jobs over this but only 6500 have file a lawsuit. Uncle Joe was forcing people to get vaxxed, yet somehow 25% of the country didn't take part in the grand experiment. I guess they ran out of needles.

Less sad than the person who posts false info that represents their viewpoints and beliefs, especially in an age when due diligence is so friggin' easy.

Think about it. How many memes get tossed up here that are just patently false, yet get a thumbs-up from others? Memes that the user obviously believes, and that the thumbs-uppers obviously believe. Memes that can be proved false with a few seconds of research. Less time than it took to find and post the meme (or worse, MAKE it).

Yet, they get put up anyway. It's a sad commentary on those who believe, because they have the ability to affect our country and how it is run. Like putting a child in the driver's seat. Scary.
