Correct. Any person with half a brain should be able to say, "he can't end this". He is not a scientist or a doctor. So how could he end it? Point out the mass panic situations in the rest of the world where leaders told the truth and pushed for immediate action, instead of trying to hide things and deny them, then use them to divide the country.
