Individual rights protect us against anyone, including corporations. Corporate law is broken in this nation, as well. Corporations aren’t allowed to violate people’s rights, but people like to bend over for their masters too much.

You give up rights in order to work for an at-will employer. You give up rights when you enter private property. You give up rights when you go on public property.

This is not a new concept in the United States. Are you new here, or even a citizen?

So who is going to tell a private corporation to not hire these people? If it’s just up to the corporations then that’s cool. They will give in eventually and drop this mandate crap on their own if it hurts their bottom line,. Or not. Their choice. I think you are for having the government regulating companies to require vaccines, which makes it criminal to hire the unvaccinated. I thought you were a lawyer? I have never once been asked my vaccination status in my entire life by anyone since grade school. Not a single job I’ve ever had wondered about my vaccine status on an application, nor have I ever included it on a resume. I don’t know what the fvck you’re talking about. I had never even been asked about vaccine status going in to medical facilities before Covid. Are you an actual real person who lives in America? It’s almost as if you’ve never lived before Covid-19. That's FIVE people out at work because of "COVID". 4 of the 5 are fully vaccinated. That's 80%.

As for the Vaccinations... I believe Science advances continuously so research on the vaccines will continue to evolve. EVENTUALLY there WILL be a much more safe and effective vaccine against COVID. If the right people are working on the vaccines. At such time that a vaccine can be made effective AND safe against COVID then I am in. That time is not right now.

@r2daman some people here on this site, though smart in ways, allow fear to cloud their rational judgment and some people on here need to be led by others and are ok with giving up "Some of their rights for the good of all". Some people here need to "feel" like they are "winning" due to their own inner demons so they latch on to what they see as a winning team. No matter how unethical or criminal that team may be. Some people on this site feel they are superior to others and or feel it is their job to shame or talk down to others. It's a mixed bag here right now.
