Holy shiit. An actual decent post. I'll respond. If you would like to have an actual adult conversation with me then you have to stop ignoring what I say and inserting your own words into my "mouth". First, human emotions are unavoidable. They are going to be factored in no matter what. You can't tell me what I think and feel. If you want to know, ask. I will happily tell anyone.
You shouldn't just group people together just because they didn't vote for your guy. It's not as simple as "Us and Them". When you voted for your candidate for president emotion had a lot to do with it. I promise you that. Just the amount of hatred you show towards Trump shows that. It's okay, emotions are natural. However, just because you don't approve of one president doesn't mean the current person is doing a stand up job or that the people under him are not bat shiit crazy.
I voted for Trump. I though he was doing fine he just didn't need to speak, at all. Just my feeling and opinion on his presidency. Do I think people opposed to him did unethical things during the last presidential term, yes. The election, yes. My feelings on the situation and as time rolls on proof to support my feelings has and is emerging. Would I vote for him again? Probably not. Will I vote for Biden... not on your life.
I won't get into the hypocrisy of being angry over the "Capitol Riot" when Democrats allowed riots to happen unchecked for many months in so many democratic cites. Allowing these riots to happen for nothing more than to spite President Trump, Democrats allowed looting, arson, robbery, violence, murder and ****. They allowed these things to happen. They defunded police. The said NO when Trump offered help. By their actions they were advocating the very things you say you are against (Violence and ****).
Due diligence and some research will show you what happened in the cities in these unchecked riots. By your very words you should be walking away from the left and the Democratic party.
Comparing the Capitol Riots to the "race riots" (for lack of a better term) speaks VOLUMES about where you are coming from.
The Capitol Riots were a bunch of people thinking they could overthrow our government because their lord and savior lost the popular AND the electoral vote by a huge margin, and he didn't like that and thus neither did they. Basically, they wanted Communism in our country, to completely invalidate our democratic process. As an acting POTUS, he ENCOURAGED the insurrection attempts, then immediately backpedaled when it happened to avoid culpability. In other countries, a move like that would have ended very badly for him.
The 'Race riots" were due to a man being killed by an officer of the law when that officer was under no direct or immediate threat to his life, while the man was restrained, and couldn't even have been a threat if he tried.
Riots do not make sense and I do not condone them. They are an example of the mob mentality I mentioned previously, and an expression of stupidity. BUT they are/were fueled by a VERY serious situation, which is the systemic racism in this country.
Treason in support of a POTUS who got voted out fair and square, or illegal rioting because a law ENFORCMENT officer egregiously broke the law and did so in full view of millions, while refusing to alter his course of action even though it was very clear where the situation was going?

Trump and the Republicans ENCOURAGED the insurrection attempt. Show me one shred of evidence that any member of the Democrat party (in a position of power, not just a voter) ENCOURAGED people to go out and riot.
Show me one shred where a member of the Democrat party took action against getting the situation under control.
And if you want to argue that the Dems did nothing, please follow up with an explanation of the riots that happened in Republican-controlled cities. Explain the death of a Federal officer at the hands of Steven Carillo, a "b00gal00 boy".

Quoting the exact words from your post is not inserting words in your mouth or interpreting what you say to create a different meaning. it is literally being 100% transparent by providing the words YOU typed. No coverup, no false claims.
Yet, you have actually responded to quotes of your own words with (paraphrased) "Stop saying things I didn't say" or accusing me of "putting words in your mouth". Words are extremely important. Even MORE so when you are posting nothing but words to a public forum. If the actual words you type do not represent what you are saying, then perhaps it is best to consider alternatives instead of getting mad when your own words can be used against you.
