Here's a pretty good recap of the whole story...even without a **** exception and the 6 week ban...she would've qualified under the risk of health...

She would have qualified, except no doctor has said her life was at risk. Did you read the last paragraph of the story you cited??? The doctor in Ohio referred her out. I have to assume either didn't feel her life was in danger or he didn't want to get caught up in having to prove it in court to avoid jailtime.

Again this could all be fixed if Ohio and the pro-life crowd would just act responsibly and grant **** exceptions, but I don't see that happening.

Is the Attorney General medically licensed and did he perform an evaluation of the girl?

I think you're reading "she qualified" wrong. Every woman qualifies for exemption. I've seen no where, where a doc has said this girl's life was in danger. The other issue is that what happens if doc #1 says a woman's life is in danger and then another doc comes along and disputes that finding? If I were a doc in any of these states, I'd refer to out of state docs rather than risk losing my license, going to jail, etc.

Good point. I looked at the Pfizer stats from the trial and that would have been against Alpha, which turned out to be the least infectious version and it wasn't 100% effective. I remember "them" saying safe and effective - and them includes Trump. I don't recall anybody saying 100% effective. There may have been youtube kooks or something making those claims, but certainly nobody even quasi-credible were 100% effectiveness.

A medical professional determines whether someone will be at risk of health by a pregnancy, not an Attorney General.
Does the Attorney General review your x-rays, or a doctor? Does the AG determine whether someone is eligible for SSDI, or a medical professional?

And when AGs eventually start trying doctors, they'll have to bring in expert witnesses (aka doctors) to prove their cases.

Vaccines don't protect against variants. Ie Hepatitis and flu require multiple vaccines to deal with mulitple variants. Covid-19 is no different and there is certainly no way for current vaccine technology to account for future variants. If/when they create a technology that can reprogram itself to fight future threats, you'll be crying about the fascist medical industry and concocting conspiracies about what the vaccine really is.

I never said the vaccine prevents you from catching it. That’s a logical fallacy pushed by wackjob anti-vaxxers to claim the vax doesn’t work.
Vaccines do not prevent illness. Period. They help our body build its own immunity to fight illness.

Studies show that the immunity from the vax lasts longer than the natural immunity.
You disputed that.

Now, provide your proof that the claim is incorrect. Not memes. Not YouTube videos. Not outrageous claims that millions are dying or getting AIDS directly from the vax.

Vaccines are no different that natural immunity. Ie, I've had multiple colds, multiple bouts of the flu, strep throat, etc, etc, etc. I'm quiet sure I'll catch Covid again too.
