Nope, it's got the buick built 231, but i do have a Olds 307 sitting in my storage area. There are tons of power bolt ons tho for the 231

I had an '84 back in the day, same color. Swapped out the 305 for a pontiac 400 with straight duals. The wheels would look good, but I think that something smaller (18's) would be more appealing for the body style. But, hey, it's your ride and your choice. The dark metallic midnight blue that you mentioned earlier would be awesome.
