I was in a beer pong tournament last night and drank a bit too much needless to say I felt like shit this morning and just got back from the gym which was a horrible choice as I feel worse now. How do you cure your hangovers?

actually, as crazy and stupid as it sounds... i heard from a doctor that pedialite will work wonders... because it restores all the nutrients and shit that the alcohol destroyed back into your system lol... and re hydrates you

I have heard this as well.

Alcohol dyhadrates you and thins your blood which is why you feel like shit and have a headache the next day.

Gatorade and pedialite have a lot of electrolytes which help to rehydrate you.
