What is this part called?

Anybody have any ideas what this is called? Mine is kinda broke on the passenger side and i wanna replace it. Its the only damage my Jeep has and i'd like to get rid of it. BTW...i have tried "front valance" "front bumper" but since my Jeep is the Special Edition, it doesn't have the standard front bumper. This front trim is exclusive to special editions, and Columbia edition Jeeps.

nah, it doesn't seem to serve much purpose, and the radiator is up behind the grill, so that ain't it.

Not sure what you mean by a mall, i live in kentucky...we think that 5 or more stores side by side is a mall haha.

EDIT: What material is it made of?

Its made out of plastic, and its attacked to the bumper. The piece itself is independent of the bumper, i could take off 5 screws and remove it. It looks like whoever had it before me broke it somehow, and took a wood screw and screwed right through the middle of the bottom of it to keep the broken part from hanging off. I'm gonna go take another picture for you guys. Thanks for helping me out!

The dealer probably has a more stupid term.. I would guess lower grill, or front lower air dam.

Just call them and ask . Tell them you need the removable part on the front bumper, they have exploited views on their computer and will tell you the exact name of it..

Lower fascia trim...jesus what a title. Now i just have to find one at a parts store.
