What is the current forum boner? (6.5 comps, $250-$300)

As the title says looking for some components for my truck (2012 Ram 1500), what are some good ones in the $250-300 price range? Less would be better, but..

For power I haven't decided if I'll use my Kicker SX600.2 (150x2@4ohms, 300x2@2ohms) or my MB Quart DSC 4125 (125x4@4ohms, 250x4@2ohms, 500x2@4ohms bridged)

Will be matched with a pair of Clarion SSW1001 fed by either my Kicker SX1250.1 (1250x1@1ohm) or MB Quart DSC2000.1 (2000x1@1ohm)

You'll have to do some looking, but you could get the Clarion SSS601's for around $200, should match perfectly with those SSW1001's. The guy that sold me the 2 sets I have had another set. Not sure if he's looking to sell it or not, but I'll ask him if you're interested.

If you can fit a 3.25" deep 6x9 with a spacer I have some 6x9 components to offer. CDT MX-2CL is a 2-way set that can be upgraded to a 3-way. If the 6x9 won't fit due to the depth we can use the 6.5" woofer.

I just picked up 2 sets of Hertz E165L's from a local dealer for $220 a pair, the orange ones. I am running them off a PPI PCX480 and they are freakin amazing. Crystal clear, tons of bottom, mid bass and crystal clear high end. They laugh at the measly 80 watts I am feeding them. Best sounding speakers I have heard in that price range. I tried the JBL's Pioneers, Focal and Alpine Type R's. The Hertz blow them all away as far as sound quality. I am listening to a lot of rock, metal, funk, blues and jazz.
