what is it with QTS?

why is it that subs with low qts are better in ported boxes and those with higher qts are better in sealed boxes?

From what I've seen in winISD, ALL high qts drivers beat the tar out of low qts drivers in BOTH sealed and ported.

So what's the deal? And why aren't ALL drivers built to have a high qts rating? Also smaller VAS ratings......

Short answer -- there is MUCH more to the sound of a driver than the lines in a box program.
