What is as good as Carnegie Hall?

I would like a sound system that reproduces all of the nuances that where intended to be heard, I could care less about a BASS that rattles windows, I like clarity. Any suggestions? As far as pricing I am in the $3000.00 range.

As far as what i like or have heard that I like, Focal and Hertz (Open to other Options). I am trying to outfit a Toyota Sequoia and plan to spend an additional +/- $1000 on Dampening and sound proofing. If I need to pay more I will but there are a lot of opinions out there and it is tough to sift through. I don.t need 7 12" woofers to get the job done but do i need 2 or 3 pair if 6 1/2" componets with the correct amplification?

10,000 will get a whole lote done. unbelievable system. but not carnegie hall. do you realize that you asked if you could acheive what hundreds of thousands of dollars has achieved with three thousand dollars. thats like me asking if i fart hard enough can i travel through time.

i think $3000 is enough to get you what you want. the key is research. read, listen, watch, learn. hardest part is deciding which brand. dont know why but it is. make your vehicle your own, test, tune, and enjoy.
