What in the world is QTC?????

I have a program that computes the box dimensions for a given sub. It asks the value for the QTC (???). What does this value measure... or better yet, what is this QTC for an Alpine Type R 12" SVC?? Does anyone know? Thanks very much.

Also, whats better to house this sub... a vented box or a sealed box? I am mainly going for sound quality and I drive a Honda Civic. I only have one speaker so a bandpass may be out of the question.
