What head units meet these criteria for $250 or under????

Well, I just got my car's exhaust all fixed up and quiet and have my components installed... I am now looking to buy an amp(s) and a new head unit so I can "complete" my system.

Since my current Headunit is more or less meant to be used as a DVD player with a toslink output to a surround sound processor (JVC KD-DV5100), it only has a single 'rear' RCA preout which is under 3v maxxed So since I have no desire to reinstall any sort of monitor and wanna focus on my sound, I gotta find something to replace it.

Here is what I want/need:

-MP3/CD player

-3 sets of preouts of 3v or more (DSP/active ability a huge + )

-rear RCA aux INPUT

-single DIN

-HD Radio capable

-Sirius/XM ready (not integrated)

-Volume knob/dial. NO BUTTONS for VOL! FFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUU

-$250 or under, value is king.

heres what I DONT want;

-bluetooth

-touchscreen/graphics/gimmickery

-LCD/TFT bullshit
