what happens if you charge a CAP with primary power wire that has an inline fuse

why do you have a resistor in there

and throw the cap away or sell it is useless

Do you have the REM wire for the Digital Volt Meter hooked up to a constant power source. If so thats your dead batt problem. Possible somthin else. Yeah why do you still have the resistor in there too. Did you read the instructions????

Yeah on the first charge. Then you take it out. Im guessing you didnt read the Instructions.
