all that running of the mouth for the guys with any knowledge to just repeat me and i guess not be able to read, and a bunch of dumb ***'s that don't ever need to post again.

point of this lesson is, don't lesson to just anyone with a screw driver

Um, the problem definitely was that they were wired out of phase and anybody with the slightest bit of experience could have told him this. But I don't believe you actually understand phase correctly.

Just as you shouldn't always trust any guy with a screw driver, you also shouldn't trust all reasonings from somebody who gave you a correct solution. Your solution was correct (as other mentioned as well) but your understanding is way off.
