I believe their car audio line was bought out by Directed.

They haven't gone anywhere, they've been OEMing a lot for laptop manufacturers from what I've heard. They still have their retail merchandising going strong, too though. They're still around //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
