more of a rant then anything, ive noticed lately all the head units for sale are junk. they have crappy features and deliver no power. whats up with that? can anyone point me in the direction of a company that still offers good power and sound at a good cost?

no but preout voltage helps me turn down the gains

I agree with you, most headunits now are pretty ugly

they need to make a nice simple to read head unit like the Pioneer 880

All the video/dvd players look decent if you get a full 7" screen
