Considering buying one of those 21 inch pyles and using the basket. 3hp motor and could I get any decent soft parts for it?

Basically I know a kid that has these and he easily blew his and his neighbors windows out

The basket actually looks decent. I don't really know if it's even plausible but I think it would be fun to see how it turns out
