What do you think of the Kicker ZX700.5 amp?

It is a 5-channel amp, designed to power your whole system. I think the specs are 85w x 4 + 420w x 1 in 2 ohm mode. it's for a S2000, because i don't have too much room to put 2 amps in. I'm planning on getting some components for the rear speakers which will be in the S-pods. any thoughts/opinions...I'm not trying to make the most bass, but enough for me to hear it, because the stock sound system sucks.

Oh, and you can get refurbs off of E-bay for DIRT cheap and they are good to go. Usually, the RCA inputs come loose, or so that is what I've seen the majority of refurbs by Kicker having had problems with so far.
