I hate Fallon. He was AWFUL on SNL.

He was funny, but he was always laughing. He had decent skits though.

Leno is always entertaining, but I gotta give it to Conan because his ad lib stuff is better than the actual written jokes. Fallon and Ferguson aer just dead weight.

However, I think Fallon might do OK. I always liked him on SNL, mostly because I thought it was hilarious when he and Horatio Sanz broke character all the time. Plus, he was in two of my favorite skits at the time (the Boston white trash one and the stoner internet show one).
