What do you download at?

what is your normal/average download speed, i had dial up for the longest and max i got was 4kb/s. but now i got roadrunner and i just noticed i got up to 91kb/s.

just wondering what everyone else was getting from their connection.

usually between 250kbs and 400. it all depends how fast the site i am getting it from can send it.

My cable is rated at 1.5Mbs and can get about 2Mbs on a good day. So download speeds of 150 to 300KBs on average (depending on the site).

I usually get around 800 kb/s. I have 8 megabit cable so max is something like 976 I believe.

i get anywhere from 60-80 kb/sec up

My internet is rated @ 18 Mbps and I normally see download speeds in the area of 1.3 - 2.0 MB/s (Megabytes/second)
Only 1 Mbps (128 KB/s) upload, though ...
