I'm a night owl. Usually ALWAYS am up till at least 1 or 2 AM. Even when I have to be at work @ 8AM. Just cant sleep before that for some reason. On the early mornings, if I get 4-5 hours in I'm usually good, but can do 3-4 ina pinch if neccesary. On weekends and days off I usually make up for it by sleeping 12-14 hours, and sometimes not getting out of bed till around 4PM. My work day routine consists of:
*Being awakened by the alarm 1 1/2 hours before work. Me slamming the snooze button.
*Me crawling out of bed, groggy, due at work in 45 minutes.
*Me staggering to the bathroom, deficate/urinate, wash face/hands, brush teeth, throw on some clothes. (10-15 minutes).
*Me getting in my car and driving to work (15-20 minutes, depending on traffic).
*Me arriving at work (-10 to +10 minutes of 8, depending on traffic).
Thing that sucks is I get a new schedule Friday of every week. One week I might work 4 days of 8-4:30PM, with 1 day of 12-8PM, with Monday and Thursday off. The next week I may have 3 days of 4:30PM-1am, 2 days 10-6:30PM, with Sat. and Wed. off. Really messes with my head and sleeping patterns sometimes.
