What do you do about an ex who wont give you your **** jacket back?

Shes got my 80 dollar jacket, im tryin to get it before i move in 3 days. She keeps saying she is out and around. Its not at her house she tells me "its in my car" ok, so where are you, ill come get it, oh im driving around, ill give it to you later. She's been saying this for the past week.

Any suggestions?

show up at her house and wait for her. thats what i would do. im sure she'll make time to get the jacket once you're there and realizes you are not trying to play stupid break up games like this.
