If you just want SPL then i would say go ahead but your ears will fatigue when listening for extended periods, it's like having someone screaming in your face and i would not even consider them, bullet tweeters and horns belong in cabinets that hang 20 ft over my head at the local venue but in my van or for extended listening periods a "soft-dome" tweeter rules, if you want a tweeter that will sound excellent for hours at a time and get real loud then look at Dayton Audio's 4 ohm Silk Dome Tweeter, they're about $55 apiece, handle 100Wrms and worth every penny, the tweeters in my signature are also top rated and sound superb with a textile dome, they have a 50Wrms rating but have a reputation as being heavily underrated..

I run them down low in my door panels amd love them but yes mounted at ear level or a pillar they get harder to sound good

mounted in a carpeted 3/4" mdf ring until i decide to glass my doors ..i run the aq pa 6.5 in all the stock locations with very well treated doors and im happy for the money
