memphis pr's are pretty good budget subs and get fairly loud with little power. I guess it depends on what they are looking to charge you

I did a build in my buddies car with 2 of these subs. they wang pretty good for what they are, i think theyre rated for 250 rms/500 max or something. they took 600rms pretty good though, and get decently loud. He got ripped on them though, paid 225 for a pair of used ones.
