what do u think of the eclipse aluminum subs?

i dont know much about these. are they sq, sql or spl subs...what do the owners of these subs think of them? how do they compare to type r's:uhoh: ?

Good subs. Sound good and get decently loud. Built by TC Sounds. I guess you could call them "sql"

I would choose the Eclipse over the Alpine personally.

I would take them over the Type R's. Sound better and have more than ample output.

yes. there the 3hp motor and i think the aluminums are the tc7? or tc9 i forgot...

i think the alums are tc7 (or at least the 8812 was)

my only expirence with eclipse is my 8812 (got it from ^^^) it hits nice and hard, but has good soundquality, better than my old 12 l5 atleast. Also hits a little harder than the l5 (prob the enclosure difference)
