yeah, they were usin that **** audiocontrol weren't they (vintage mind u)Anything over 200dB is unlikely...considering that the loudest man-made noise ever recorded was a Saturn V on liftoff, a little above 200dB at the pad //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif But those were old mics, I wonder what it would have been on a TL //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Even ignoring the weighted A scale, 200dB is around the liquification point for air...
I've seen the one @ the Marshall center in AL...quite impressive, even on its side.any of you ever seen one assembled in person.

..........weak
Yea, i know, it satifies me for now, and it dazzles (completley) all of my friends who I show it to. Quite possibly, especially for where I live, its one of ther louder systems in town as far as bass goes. And as far as highs, well I have no money right now to spent on a comp set yet.Your box, IMHO, is tuned a bit low to expect the best results possible from that setup.
If you run the right tone for your box and car, and get the most power you can to them, you'll probably fair pretty well. But, in the long run, since you're not building it as a competition system, as long as it's loud enough for you to be happy...the score doesn't matter.
