what do i do?

Im gonna be installing my 15"t9500 sub soon, to my 81001 amp mtx, but i have a ?. curently i have 4 gauge runnin from bat. to amp, and then it changes to 8gauge to the amp, for my audiobahn 600rm 4 channel, but i could hookup the 81001 to that block, with a 8 gauge also. should i hook it up to 8gauge? (13-1400rms) or should i re-run 0gauge from my battery to a block, change it to 4-gauge then to the amps? basically 0to4 or 4-8 (current) i dont want to underpower is all!

I always run 1/0 ga. It give the larger amps the power they need. I have three runs of 1/0 just for a 1000 watt amp.

You can get away with 4 guage. But nothing smaller.

Run 1/0 and never have to worry about it
