Ok a few days ago i wont this item on ebay

Now since ive won ive sent the seller 3 emails asking if he recieved my payment and if my item has been shipped......well he hasnt returned any of my emails and ive already paypald' him the money.....What do i do?

link don't work but i guess what you should do and probably the only thing you can do is file a claim with paypal and hope you get your money back. i'm in the same boat that i bought a mini pci card off an internet dealer on ebay (who has a 99.4% positive feedback). i bought it on friday and i haven't received an email from him regarding a tracking number and i emailed him twice since sunday and he hasn't responded. ima file a claim on monday.

I wouldnt go that far so quick, give it a week and then file a claim. Sometimes people are just busy...

yes, there a power seller and have good feedback (then again so does indoaudio), i'd give em a week or so

fix your link, cause i still cant get in, and if within 10 days of purchasing you have heard from him file a complaint with paypal and ebay.

yeah its nothing to worry about. there are times when it will take a while. and plus ebay gives you an option in the page of the auction and provides a link. the link gives you the opportunity to file a claim automatically if you have not recieved the item. But you cannot do that yet, because ebay gives you about 1-2 weeks to wait and then you will be able to do it.
