Hey guys and gals I am new to this board. I had a JL 10W7 in my 2003 Ford Harley F150 and it hit hard, loved it. My 2005 convertible vette had a pair of JL audio 8W7's hits hard but not like my old 2003. I have a 2007 Ford F150 Harley on the way and it is a rear bench seat and the 4 or 5 shops I have called all say I don't have the clearance for a W7. I was on a different forum and I know I can get seat lifts which I really don't want to do and someone else had a pair shooting forward which I didn't like that either I feel they could get kicked and damaged so what else hits like a W7 but has the clearance I can get in a 2007 F150?

Thanks

While I have never heard the W6's I am told they are no 7's. I will have to check on the clearance, my truck isn't hear yet but I have a 2006 King Ranch same layout same bench seat so I will measure but I am not an expert and I will have a custom shop do all the work. Before everyone posts they are the expert they ususally push the lines they sell only and I usually buy my own components so opinions are welcomed. I will try to find shops and listen to the speakers but you experts know what hits and what doesn't so thanks. I am no expert but I know what I like.
