What can it handel???

So i recently got my 12" P2 Rockford Fosgate installed and i want to kno how much it should/can flex. I turned my gain all the way down to 0 becasue i wanted to get used to if first (the bass). The shop set it @ 12 out of 18db. Can it handel 12db of boost @ 250RMS from the amp??

lol bass boost. that sub can't handle much and bass boost is SO SO BAD to use for your amp.

1. smack the shop that set your amp

2. turn off bass boost
