What can it be?

I just got a new amp, because I thought my old amp just finaly quit on me, but I guess I was wrong, because My new amp I just hooked up does the same thing

It started a few weeks ago I turned it up pretty loud and it just quit working. Amp was still on (not in protect mode) but it just wouldn't send any signal to the subs. I checked everything, but all was kooked up tight. The next day it wa working again unless i turned the volume up sort of high. Sometime when I hit a bump it come on or goes off. Now it has basically just stopped completly. Today was the first day in about a week it worked.

With my new amp in if i turn the volume up pretty high the subs barely hit. I mean hardly even noticeable, and you can barley feel it if I put my hand on the sub. I have tried everything I can imagine to fix it, so someone please tell me you know what it is!!

Check grounds, also check connections around you fuse holders. I had one that a wire came loose on and acted similar to what you are describing.

Checked the ground already and thats not it.

It could be a HU problem...? Did you check the kookings behind the unit?

I swapped HU's out to still nothing.
