i think the box is a little too big for my soundstream exact subs and i want to put some type of filling in to make the subs hit tighter cuz i feel like there is a lag in the bass/beat.

PS: I was suggested putting a pillow in the box.. so can anybody confirm that //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

Please suggest.

Thanks

no. if you want to lose volume you can section the area off you need. not a **** pillow. fiberfill is if youwant the sub to think your box is bigger

why did you say it then:wow: ha what is the current net volume of your box and its tuning and whats the recomended box volume from the manufacturer for that specific sub

midrange from the comps i meant.

i dont know where to find the subs specs any more.. its like 5 years old, and i dont remember how many cu ft. is the box..

i see what your saying. your hearing the midrange of the comps lag from your sub hit. your box for your subs prob wont change this. as previously stated its a timing issue
